If you arrive prior to 3pm you are welcome to store your luggage with us while you wait for your room to be ready. We always endeavour to have all rooms ready as soon as possible for our guests, but we cannot guarantee early check in.

COTTAGE/VILLA DAY USE:

• From 12 noon – 6pm at the latest: 50% of 1 night’s nett room rate
• Use of room after 6pm: 100% of 1 night’s nett room rate applies.

CHILD POLICY:

• Maximum number of children under 12 years staying with parent(s) in any Cottage or Villa on Bisma: 2
• Maximum number of children under 12 years staying with parent(s) in Villa Arindah: 4
• Children aged 6 and under, sharing bedding, stay free (room rate only applies, breakfast charged extra)
